Charlie Roberts, P.E. presented the latest ASCE Manual of Practice to the COPRI Boston Chapter. Charlie worked on the manual with a group of industry experts for over 5 years, and the manual was finally published last year. Charlie, with a group of his peers, will also be covering the contents of the manual at a 4 hour short course as part of the Ports ’16 conference later this year.
