Childs Engineering turned 50 this month! While we were hoping to be able to have a little more of a celebration, that will have to go on hold at least for the near future. Childs Engineering was founded in 1970 by Kenny Childs who firmly believed that in order to make the best waterfront structural assessments an engineer needed to go underwater and look for themselves. This philosophy still holds strong within the company 50 years later where we take great pride in being able to assess the waterfront structures from the mudline up. Childs Engineering continues to be a leader in the Engineer Diver and Waterfront Structures sector having solely focused on Waterfront Structural Engineering this entire time.
