Childs Engineering President, Charlie M. Roberts, presented at the recent Waterfront Facilities Assessment Workshop. The workshop presented by BSCES and the local COPRI Chapter was done virtually with two 2 hour sessions. The workshop provided best-of-industry guidance on the inspection and rehabilitation of waterfront infrastructure with a focus on understanding the basic modes of degradation of various materials in the marine environment and the methods to assess, mitigate and rehabilitate waterfront infrastructure.
