Childs, together with the Lend Lease team, has begun construction administration services for the Clippership Wharf project.  Childs is responsible for the design of the seawall stabilization and the fixed piers and the floating dock facilities for public use. The seawall stabilization is provided by a new stone rip rap perimeter around the old seawalls. Childs will perform limited construction observation to monitor conformance with the marine facilities design.
