Childs as a consultant to The Fallon Company designed the marine components of the Fan Pier Park. This included amongst other things the structural design of the Tidal Well and Harborwalk Bridge. Richard Burck Associates was the landscape architect who developed the overall park design. In addition to the bridge and seawall components, a fountain is included which will provide a water feature at low tide.
