Charlie M. Roberts, PE, D.PE was asked to present at the COPRI Met Section and Deep Foundations Institutes New York City Ports and Marine Engineering Seminar at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. Charlie gave a presentation on the bollard load testing paper he had co-written with Rebecca P. Skalaski, PE.  The presentation reviewed the multiple ways in which we have conducted the testing and the lessons we have learnt during the process.
