Following the recent merger of Childs Engineering and W.J. Castle PE & Associates, team members came together in Connecticut for the first time to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the beginning of this exciting new chapter.
The day kicked off with a company meeting, offering a valuable opportunity to align shared goals, introduce new colleagues, and discuss the exciting opportunities ahead. It was a chance to reinforce our combined vision and set the tone for future growth and innovation.
To cap off the day, the group took part in some light-hearted team-building fun at a local escape room venue. Teams put their problem-solving and communication skills to the test, working together to unlock clues and beat the clock. It was a great way to build camaraderie and share a few laughs along the way.
